Everything's coming up Serial Box!

We are feeling the love! Last week Heather Hogan of AutoStraddle wrote a fantastic review of Tremontaine, calling it a "paradise of queerness and chocolate" and saying: "it is the gayest thing I have ever read in my life (and I one time read The Big Book of Lesbian Horse Stories, okay; I know a thing or two about gay books)."

And she had even more nice things to say after reading the season finale!

...which is basically the best compliment ever.

By the way, if you haven't been reading Over The Effing Rainbow's hilarious Tremontaine reviews, you are missing out. Seems like Episode 12: "A Tale of Two Ladies" hit her particularly hard: "Guys, I am so very nearly out of Can. I, in fact, Cannot."*cough*

Elsewhere, people are enjoying some #SerialBoxAndChill binge reading with Bookburners now that all the episodes are available!B R Sanders had some truly lovely things to say in their review: "Like the best serial dramas on TV, Bookburners strikes a great balance between problem-of-the-week story in a given installment and slowly building a season-long arc over the course of each episode... Similarly, Bookburners features mutiple authors working together to create a single cohesive voice, and they pull this off quite well overall."

Of course, the big news this week was the launch of The Witch Who Came In From The Cold and the Twitters were buzzing with excitement.

There has been someearlycoverage and we are particularly excited that the San Francisco Book Review will be posting weekly recaps! They gave the pilot of #ColdWitch four stars and pondered, "The Cold War is an era tainted by false truths and skepticism. With magic involved, how much more dangerous will it get?"-- To which we can only say:

And finally, our announcement of Tremontaine Season Two was greeted by much fan fair, including an enthusiastic shout out from the one and only Neil Gaiman!
